- At CKcondos we only offer full week rentals. The Price of a full week through CKcondos is typically a better value than renting from the resort for 2-3 nights. However, we do offer nightly rentals to our members at hundreds of locations, contact us to find out more.
How far in advance can I book my vacation?
- We often have availability months in advance. However, in order to receive the best value, most of our customers book anywhere from 7-45 days in advance.
When do CKcondo weeks begin?
- Most of our weeks begin on the weekend. For instance, Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
What is the difference between a resort condo and a standard hotel room?
- Size- Many of the units our travelers stay in are between 1,000-1,500 sq. ft. and sleep between 4 and 6 adults.
- Amenities- While amenities vary by resort, CKcondos affiliated resorts have amenities like fully stocked kitchens and dining areas, lazy rivers, tennis courts, bicycle and beach chair usage, multiple pools, water slides, video and book libraries.
- Price- Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can stay in a condo for less?
Do I have to listen a to a timeshare presentation?
- No. While some of the CKcondo affiliate resorts are timeshare resorts, none of our weeks require our customers to sit through a high pressure sales pitch. You visit the resort with the privileges of an owner.
How do I pay for my week?
- We wanted the most secure, reliable and easy payment method possible. This is why we only accept PayPal for all transactions.
- To ensure your peace of mind, after you authorize CKcondos to book on your behalf we book your week, and you receive a confirmation before you make a payment. Once you have received your confirmation, you will also receive a Paypal Invoice. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
- A $25 dollar booking fee is the only fee added to all transactions, some additional fees/taxes due at the resort in a limited number of destinations.
